1. Site presentation
The Levac Sneakers website (hereinafter "the Site") is an e-commerce website accessible at levac-sneakers.com and operated by Levac Sneakers (hereinafter "the Seller").
The Site is intended for the online sale of sneakers and related products to individual consumers.
2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales concluded between the Seller and any natural person making a purchase via the Site (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks.
Each product has a detailed description (features, sizes, photos). Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are specified before final order confirmation.
5. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
The order is validated after:
- checking the contents of the shopping cart,
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
- Payment confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after the order has been validated.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payment is made online using secure payment methods offered on the Site (bank card, online payment solutions, etc.).
The order is considered final upon receipt of payment.
Transactions are secured using an encryption protocol that complies with current standards.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
The risks are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
The products must be returned:
- unworn
- in their original state,
- with their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.
9. Returns and refunds
All returns must be requested in advance from customer service.
Damaged, worn or incomplete products cannot be refunded.
The refund is issued via the payment method used for the order.
10. Legal Guarantees
The products sold benefit from:
- of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
- of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective product, the Customer can contact customer service to request an exchange or a refund.
11. Responsibility
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the products sold.
The Seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
12. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and the business relationship.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, design) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Levac Sneakers.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
