Article 2 — Purpose and Scope
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by the Seller on the website levac-sneakers.com (hereinafter "the Website"), namely sneakers, footwear, and related items.
They apply, without restriction or reservation, to any order placed by a Customer on the Website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other conditions.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the day the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the amended GTC will apply to orders placed after their publication.
Article 3 — Products
The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale are described on each product page of the Website (composition, colors, sizes, photographs).
The photographs illustrating the products have no contractual value: they are provided for information purposes only and may show slight differences with the delivered product (in particular, color variations due to screen display).
Products are offered subject to available stock. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible and will refund the corresponding amount.
Article 4 — Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
Any delivery costs are indicated to the Customer before final validation of the order, on the summary page.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability.
Article 5 — Order
To place an order, the Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart. They may at any time view, modify, or remove the contents of their cart before validation.
The order process consists of several steps:
- Selection of products and validation of the cart;
- Identification (account creation or guest checkout, entry of delivery and billing details);
- Choice of delivery method;
- Choice of payment method;
- Acceptance of the GTC by the Customer (mandatory checkbox);
- Final confirmation of the order by the Customer ("Pay for the order").
An order acknowledgment is automatically sent to the Customer by e-mail as soon as payment is validated.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pre-existing dispute with the Customer, non-payment, or manifest fraud (incorrect information, suspected fraudulent use of a payment method, etc.).
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online at the time the order is validated. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express)
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Transactions are secured by SSL/TLS encryption. The Seller never has access to the Customer's banking data, which is transmitted directly to the payment provider (Shopify Payments and PCI-DSS certified partners).
The order is considered final upon effective receipt of payment by the Seller.
Article 7 — Delivery

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of 30 days from the validation of the order, unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding this period, the Customer may, after having given the Seller formal notice to perform within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium. The Seller will then refund the Customer within 14 days from the termination.
The risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the Customer upon delivery, i.e., when the Customer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the product.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by an unambiguous statement to the Seller, using either:
- The standard withdrawal form set out in Annex I of these GTC;
- Or any other written statement expressing the wish to withdraw (letter or e-mail), sent to:
LVC STUDIO SAS – Returns Department – 25 Allée Bacou, 07270 Lamastre, France
E-mail: contact@levac-sneakers.com
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the Customer to send their communication concerning the exercise of this right before the 14-day period expires.
The Customer must then return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller. The Seller will provide the Customer with a prepaid return label upon simple request to contact@levac-sneakers.com.
The products must be returned in a condition allowing their resale: in their original packaging, with their tags, unwashed and unaltered. In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer's liability may only be engaged in the event of depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products.
Article 9 — Refund
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer for all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered).
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the decision to withdraw. However, the refund may be deferred until the products have been recovered or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.
Article 10 — Legal Warranties
The products sold benefit, independently of any commercial warranty, from the following legal warranties:
- Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code): the Seller is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods for a period of two years from delivery.
- Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): the Customer may bring action within two years from the discovery of the defect.
In these cases, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise these warranties, the Customer may address their request to: contact@levac-sneakers.com or by mail to the address indicated in Article 1.
Article 11 — Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations when this results from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (strike, fire, flood, epidemic, government decision, widespread transport breakdown, etc.).
The Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the occurrence of such an event. If the impediment is permanent, the contract will be terminated by operation of law and mutual obligations will be restituted.
Article 12 — Retention of Title
The products sold remain the property of the Seller until full and effective payment of the price by the Customer, in principal and ancillary charges.
Article 13 — Liability of the Seller
The Seller is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from these GTC, under the conditions and limits of applicable law.
This clause does not have the effect of limiting the Seller's liability in the event of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury, nor of limiting liability for defective products (Articles 1245 to 1245-17 of the French Civil Code), nor of preventing the application of the legal warranties provided for in Article 10.
Article 14 — Personal Data
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Website's Privacy Policy, accessible at: levac-sneakers.com/pages/politique-de-confidentialite.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of the data concerning them. These rights may be exercised by contacting: contact@levac-sneakers.com.

All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, design) are protected by copyright, trademark law and, more broadly, by intellectual property law. They remain the exclusive property of LVC STUDIO SAS or their respective authors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

Article 17 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with the Seller that has not been amicably resolved, the Customer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the following consumer mediation service:
CM2C — Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice
Address: 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris
Website: https://cm2c.net

In addition, the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 18 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of amicable resolution or successful mediation, the Customer may bring the matter before either one of the courts having territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or of the occurrence of the harmful event (Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
Article 19 — Severability
